SELF DEFENSE & SEMINAR SCHEDULE 

FREE SELF-DEFENSE CLASS WILL BE HELD THE 3RD SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH FROM 5-6 PM. THIS IS FREE TO ALL MEMBERS AND IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS OVER THE AGE OF 13. MUST SIGN THE ACADEMY WAIVER 

DROP-IN FEE FOR NON-MEMBERS 

ALL NON-MEMBERS MAY DROP INTO A CLASS FOR $15.00 PER CLASS THIS INCLUDES OPEN MATS. ONLY EXCEPTION IS VISITING BLACKBELTS.  FEES CAN BE PAID IN CASH OR ZELLE DIRECTLY TO THE ACADEMY.  ZELLE LINK IS BELOW.
